Shipping & Returns Policy
To make sure you get your purchase as swift as possible, we have partnered with the top delivery companies who are dedicated to handling your products with the same level of care as you have in choosing them. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 2500. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee.
Most of our products will be able to be delivered to you within 5-7 working days from receiving your order in all major Indian metro cities. For other locations and international shipping delivery could take up to 10-15 working days. However in some cases where the requirement is specific and pieces are being designed or made to order the delivery time may take a little longer.
Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation, and transfer of responsibility.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We do not offer COD.
In exceptional circumstances and due to reasons beyond our control we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you.
In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned hereinabove and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and lies at the core of our company ethos. We have taken great care to create a user friendly site, swift delivery, premier packaging and carefully selected quality products. We want you to love your shopping experience with us so if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 5 days to return items from your order and we will happily arrange a refund.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Yellow Marigold address : Yellow Marigold, 27/3 E.C Road, Dehradun, 248001. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Yellowmarigold.in box is properly protected with the plastic bag provided, if parcel is received in the Yellow Marigold box.
Not all products are eligible for returns. Please ensure you have checked return policy for goods ordered.
- Return outside the 5 day window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn or unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with an image of the damaged item. If we are informed about the damage after the 24 hour window, return may be accepted at our discretion.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Yellow Marigold.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.
